Please make sure your pictures is Final and Clean with no necessary editing or correction needed as the picture will be used by our machine by following its design paths as-is. If you don't clean, edit, finalize your design pictures, even slightest dirts will be included on the final product. -- You can also send me your designs in Stencil Form say solid Black & White colors or much better Vector Formats made from Adobe Illustrator, Coreldraw, etc. -- If family photographic pictures to use, make sure its in higher resolution with at least 1000x1000 or more with 300 dpi for facial expressions to come out not to pixelize during machining. -- Your desired dimension size in inches length x width x height or diameter -- Type of service you want us to do carving, cutting, engraving, mold, etc. or site one of our work samples to copy from -- If letters & numbers cutting choose the Font Style in Microsoft Word or Windows Fonts and the height in inches you require. -- Type of material you will provide and you want us to work on (wood, plastic, metal, foam, rubber, marble, granite, glass, etc.) If you don't have the material, we will try provide you with additional costs. -- We accept 3D Model Printing so provide us your own 3D Model Soft Copy in .3DS, .OBJ, .STL or any 3D Model compatible file formats indicated below. -- We also accept 3D Model CAD files (.3ds, .3dm, obj, dxf, dwg, etc.) for higher details to come out. 3D Model CAD Files are needed when we do embossed carving, mold making and prototyping for our computerized cutting machine to follow paths of your own design. -- Please note that we cannot convert an ordinary FLAT jpeg or bmp picture image into 3D Model file for carving, mold making, prototyping, otherwise an additional charge will be made for us to create and convert into 3D Model CAD File for our machine to follow the cutting design as-is. -- In mold making, we need your actual figurine or replica to duplicate and create the mold. If figurine or replica is not available, we can use your 3D Model CAD Design soft copy file in .3ds .obj .dwg .dxf .stl etc. Triangle Models in .3da .3dp .3ds .dxf .stl .u3d .obj .dmt Surface Models .3dm .dgk .sldprt .igs .ige .iges, or other 3D file formats made from AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Poser, Maya, Blender, SketchUp, etc. We can also scale it to your desired size. We use wood, plastic, foam to create your 3D Master Model before creating your mold. -- Please note we dont do Installation, Finishings and Paintings (except when 3D Printing in Colored) as this will have additional labor costs and will hire additional laborers if he is available, when needed and agreed by the client. You can also give us your own design in JPEG or BMP format (higher resolution or 300 DPI preferred for details to come out) for us to Cut, Carve, Engrave on your material to be used. For engraving services especially personal items, please make sure your items have flat surface not curved or uneven on engraving areas. We can also cut numbers and lettering designs from wood, plastics which is very difficult to cut by hand :) We do not do finishing works for you (painting, coloring, polishing, spraying, chemical application, finish product presentation, etc.) as our Service Only is to Cut, Carve, Engrave on your material. The reason behind is that we are limited of resources for materials and laborers as a lot of clients requests working with different kinds of project materials (woods, plastics, aluminum, metals, styrofoam, rubber, etc.) depending to their needs.
